how peaceful mediation works

We will start with a 30 minute free consultation.    During this time you will be able to ask any questions you may have about the mediation process.  Additionally, this time can be used to determine if the mediator and/or mediation is a good fit for your needs.

Once we have agreed to work together, you will be provided with all relevant forms to be completed.  This information will be provided to the mediator prior to your first scheduled session.

Your mediator will meet with you during a series of sessions.  The end goal is a dispute resolution that benefits all parties involved.  Our fervent hope is that you will move forward with a positive and peaceful experience.
